CircularID Cloud lets you create Digital Product Passports for your products and publish them to a public URL and QR code, and distribute them to sales channels including Shopify, WooCommerce, and any website via an embed snippet.
The Free plan includes up to 10 published passports. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) raise or remove that limit, as described on the pricing page. Once a plan's limit is reached, creating new passports or products is paused until you upgrade or free up capacity — nothing you've already published is affected.
You retain ownership of the product and passport data you create. By publishing a passport, you authorize CircularID to make that specific data publicly viewable via its QR code/URL, and to serve it through the embed widget on any site you connect. You're responsible for the accuracy of the compliance-relevant data (materials, certifications, environmental claims) you publish.
Connecting Shopify or WooCommerce authorizes CircularID to read your product catalog and create products in your store on your instruction (always as a draft — CircularID never sets a price, inventory, or publishes a product to your storefront on its own). You can disconnect an integration at any time from Settings.
Don't use CircularID to publish false or misleading compliance/environmental claims, to store data you don't have the right to publish, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or third-party (hosting, Shopify/WooCommerce API) outages may temporarily affect the dashboard or public passport pages.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate acceptable use or don't pay for a plan they've exceeded the Free tier of. On closure, published passport pages are taken down.
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
